All interested parties must conform to the federal rules and regulations and reporting requirements associated with this program as found in 40 CFR accessible through the following link: Title 40 - Protection of Environment. In addition, the Port of LA will not award to companies that are suspended or debarred from Federal procurements (see https://www.epls.gov/ for more details).
